Sockeye Ceviche

Ingredients: 
  • 1 sockeye fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes 
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced 
  • 4 limes, juiced
  • 1 lime, zested
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeds removed, finely diced 
  • 8 oz. cherry tomatoes, halved 
  • 1 avocado, diced 
  • 1/2 red onion, diced 
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • cilantro, for garnish
  • Tortilla chips or tostadas (for serving)

Directions: 

Mix all ingredients into a bowl until combined. Serve with tostadas or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
